Established in 1846, Ebenezer continues to maintain a Christian Witness on the Radnor/Hereford Borders. Situated between Hay-on-Wye and Kington on the Offa’s Dyke footpath, it is affectionately known as ‘the Chapel on the Dyke’. Many a walker has sheltered within its walls from stormy conditions or just to rest before carrying on with their journey.

The ever-popular Anniversary Service is held on the first Sunday in July, attracting a capacity congregation, when the surrounding hills are indeed alive with the sound of music and praise.

“Thy word is a Lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.” (Psalm 119:105)
