Churches

The Presbyterian Church of Wales is one of the largest Christian denominations in Wales, with some 20,000 members and around 600 churches.

We do have a few redundant churches that are currently available for sale. The properties are usually offered freehold with certain restrictions upon future use and further information can be obtained from the appointed selling agent. Penbryn church is a modern and appropriate place of worship and multipurpose centre for the community and for the members of Holywell churches.

It is wonderful to worship together in a chapel that is light, bright and cosy – minimal decoration is best! We have a hall with a Welsh oak floor along with comfortable seats for an audience of up to 100. We also have a kitchen, toilets and modern storage with all the statutory facilities.

We hold Sunday services and a Sunday school at 11:15am, as well as a Children’s Club (primary) on Tuesday nights. We also have Sisterhood, Fellowship, Bible Study, CYTUN, Fair Trade and so on. The building is in constant use by the community, too.
