The Interdenominational Protection Panel was established in 2001 by the Presbyterian Church of Wales and became a not for profit company limited by guarantee in 2009. The Panel supports churches from the Presbyterian Church of Wales in all aspects of safeguarding practice in their work with children, young people and vulnerable adults. This includes policy work, training, advice and support, case work and DBS checks.

The Panel is a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) registered body and is responsible for processing the DBS checks for the Presbyterian Church of Wales. These are processed through the office in Denbigh. Contact us for more information or to order forms.
